Shipping

We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on Tools being shipped inside the United States. Due to the additional weight, fasteners and accessories require a freight charge. If you place an order that includes a combination of tools, fasteners, and accessories, your shipping charge will be an amount reflecting only the weight of the fasteners and accessories. In these cases the weight of the tool is NOT included when calculating your shipping charge.

We do our best to ship all products within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. In the case of a backorder, we will make you aware of the backordered products and any details we have available at that time. 

We do offer expedited shipping options, but we do not publish these rates on our website. We ask that you place these orders over the phone to ensure that our staff are immediately aware of your request for expedited shipping. Also, if there will be an issue shipping your product that day we want to make sure you know about it before your order is placed.

We also offer LTL shipments through various carriers depending on the size of your order and where your order is shipping. Since we do have access to a variety of carriers we ask that you call or email us with your product requests so that we can gather rate quotes for you to try to keep your shipping cost as low as possible

 

Return Policy

We offer returns for nearly all of our products. If you find you ordered the wrong item, received a defective tool, or received an item different than what you ordered please follow the steps below.

  1. Please call customer service at 800-227-2044 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the items being returned.
  2. Package all items up in original packaging including all manuals and registration material. Also, please include the original packing slip, showing your RGA number, with your shipment.
  3. Once we receive your returned items, you can expect to see a refund for the purchase price of the product to your account within 5 to 10 business days. We do require a restocking fee of $15.00 for all items being returned for reasons other than exchange or our error.

All returned items must be in brand new resalable condition. Any returned items that are not in brand new resalable condition will not be credited for any amount.
